Despite Smails going to the rule book in desperation, Bish relieved the Judge of $50 winning 1 up at the Hawks Open earlier this year.
Smails needed to go to the Doctors on Saturday morning for a 'check up'. He got to golf late and was explaining to his playing partners why he wasn't there on time and how 'rough' the doctor was in a very delicate area. Smails then proceeded to hit 3 great shots to 3 feet on his first hole, the par 5 10th, and holed the birdie putt then on the par 3 11th, stiffed it to 2 feet and rolled in another birdie and announced...
"I'm not that keen on the pre game warm up but if this continues, I'm going back next week and getting him to stick 2 fingers in!"
